How do you end the game? With a Super Boss of course! That's the basic idea behind this series (only 1 so far, but more are coming). I remember the final boss in Final Fantasy 3 for the SNES and would love to make something along those lines, where it fills the screen and involves many different elements in the fight. I planned to draw the boss as a scene, rather than but had difficulty using that setup within the primary engine I'm targeting (RPG Maker), because it has parameters set on the battlers and background that kept it from lining up right. I'm still open to the idea though. As a mid term solution, I've added some backgrounds that compliment the boss (I hope). End guy fights are most often fought in some nether realm, which is what I was trying to capture.
